Alvinette Johnson is the mother of three sons. She was licensed to preach the gospel in 1997 and accepted a higher calling of Ordination in 1999. Founder and President of True Worshippers Encounter Ministry Inc. established in March 2003.

She hosts the radio broadcast and intercessory prayer line “God’s Time,” and “Teach Me Thy Way” bible class. Her love for music inspired her to release her gospel CD in 2002 entitled “Why I Worship.” Because of her passion and love for children, she became certified in childcare in 2005. She received her associate’s degree in business from University of Phoenix in 2015, in pursuit of her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Alvinette’s assignment to the body of Christ is to teach, train and equip the people of God to worship God in spirit and in truth (John 4:24.)
